What each child needs is living books that engage them in a story. History is a great story!
I've scoured the internet and the library for the best of the best. I'll share what I've found that I'm sure will interest your little ones.
I won't be covering everything. After all, this is intended for elementary kids. This is just the beginning of their learning.
Rebecca is a homeschooling mother of three, “Raisin” born in 2007, “Strawberry” born in 2012, and “Kitty” born in 2015. She has a degree in English and teaching experience as a writing tutor and also as an elementary-level teacher at local homeschool co-ops, where she has taught language arts, Spanish, history, and STEM.
She loves creating games and hands-on activities for her kids, especially those with an emphasis on great books. She is passionate about writing and history. Homeschooling is the most difficult thing she’s ever done, as well as the most rewarding.
