This week was relaxed. I took an “unschooling” approach this week and I loved it! I believe Raisin did too. This morning, at the end of his hour of listening to Mozart, he said, “You know, if I had to go to school, I wouldn’t have time to do this!”
I asked Raisin what the word of the week is and he responded “Happy.” I am so glad that is the end result of this week. I may have called it lazy, cranky, or cold, but I’ll go with his word. When he chose “happy,” I was reminded that life is a series of small […]

I cannot believe that yet another week has passed! I feel like I just wrote last week’s week in review post. Yet, here I am again.
November is half over. I’m feeling like school is getting boring so I need to switch things up soon! I’m going to jump into my week in review with my Five for Friday! I’m linking up with Doodlebugs Teaching, Freebie Friday, Weird Unsocialized Homeschooler’s Weekly Wrap up, and Manic Mondays on Classroom Freebies.
This week has been great, school-wise and teacher creating-wise. Here are some of the highlights.
Time for a Five for Friday to wrap-up my week! I also have a freebie for you. It’s vocabulary flip pages about motion and forces.
